Flow Faeries Dance Retreat is a weekend dance, art and nature group experience designed to immerse your body in the ethereal magic of the foothills of the Northern Cascades! Create unforgettable summer memories and unlock the wildest embodiment of your dance.
Itinerary
Saturday, July 24th
12pm | Orientation & Arrival
1pm | Forest Floorwork Group Warmup Class by River
2pm | Nature Pole or Floorwork Photo & Video Shoot
Includes 10+ edited photos
3 minute full edited cinematic dance video with drone & ground shots
Two 30 second edited highlight reels with drone & ground shots
6:30pm | Campfire Dinner
Hot dog supplies provided, feel free to bring anything else you want to roast!
8pm | Starlight: Private Flying Pole Show & Geodesic Dome
Night time dance show with the flying pole (any participants are welcome to perform or just watch, if you perform there will be additional night time flash shots of you on the flying pole)
Sunday, July 25th
10am | Breakfast: Coffee & Pancakes
11:30am | Shoot at Waterfall Pool
group will carpool over to nearby river waterfall swimming spot*

picnic lunch after swimming
2pm | Shoot at Rope Swing Lagoon
group will carpool over to a different nearby river with a rope swing lagoon*

option to keep hanging out at the river beach or head out early if driving separate
6:30pm | Regroup at the farm, closing faerie circle to say goodbye
Everyone heads back to the farm to gather their things and head out!
*Accessibility notes:
the waterfall swimming pool spot has a pretty steep entry point but it only takes about 3 minutes to descend
the rope swing lagoon requires a 20 minute walk over flat, wide, dirt trail and climbing up the bank after you jump in

Location & Accommodations
The private farm host is located near Mossyrock, WA (exact location sent after signup) 2 hours from Seattle and 1.5 hours from Portland. You have the option to be included in a group chat for coordinating carpooling! Overnight options include staying in the main house on the property or more camping style in the yurt. Kitchen access with a refridgerator and stove is provided in the main house for all involved. Hot dog supplies will be provided for the Saturday evening campfire, coffee and pancakes will be provided for Sunday breakfast (vegan options for both). Besides day one dinner and day two breakfast, to keep the event costs as low and simple as possible participants will bring their own food and snacks.
Yurt or Camping: There is room for 5 dancers to sleep over in my 19ft off grid yurt. Bring your own sleeping gear (sleeping bag, pad and pillows recommended). You’re also welcome to bring a tent and camp near the yurt if you want your own privacy. This option includes access to an outhouse and outdoor shower.
Main House: There are 3 beds in the main house, one queen and two single beds with indoor bathroom and shower access. This option is more expensive to cover cleaning costs to the host farm. See options below!
Retreat Policies / FAQ
Refunds
Full Refund available until June 1st with a 7% processing fee (covers what my card processor charges me)
50% Refund if canceled between June 1st and July 1st
No refunds after July 1st - you can transfer your spot in the retreat to another dancer
COVID
All participants are required to COVID test the day before the retreat. You are more than welcome to wear a mask for any or all of the event if you prefer, if you decide to camp next to the yurt and drive yourself two and from the river locations you could easily stay outdoors and socially distanced for the entire event.
Who can participate in this event?
This event is open to ages 21+ and all genders, sexualities, skill levels, etc. As long as you are respectful of the other humans present we are happy to have you with us. No harassment or poor behavior towards other participants will be tolerated.
Drugs and Alcohol
Please be responsible with legal substance use. If you appear too intoxicated to safely dance on the pole or swim in the river I will pull you out of participating.
Pets
Please don’t bring any pets on this retreat. There are other animals on the property to consider. If you have a service animal please email me before signing up and we can discuss accomodation.

Pricing Goes Up to $850 After June 1st!
If you add on this upgrade you will be sleeping in one of the three beds in the main house with access to the indoor shower/bathroom. First come first served on who gets the queen size bed versus the two single beds. If you get the queen size bed you’re welcome to have a friend share it with you for no additional cost (or you two can split it amongst each other).
Please note that you must purchase the retreat general access pass in order for this accommodation upgrade to be valid.
